aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2191\"><p>A Linha de Pesquisa Cultura e Sociedade re\u00fane projetos dos seis setores do Programa. As tem\u00e1ticas transversais buscam investigar a pluralidade de manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es culturais, seus agentes e as formas coletivas de significa\u00e7\u00e3o e classifica\u00e7\u00e3o social, em um arco temporal que abrange desde as sociedades antigas at\u00e9 as sociedades contempor\u00e2neas. Os diversos fen\u00f4menos culturais tais como as distintas formas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de rituais, festas, performances musicais, teatrais, cria\u00e7\u00e3o intelectual, formas e experi\u00eancias temporais, bem como os usos da linguagem oral e da escrita, dentre outros, s\u00e3o investigados nesta Linha de Pesquisa. Por meio da an\u00e1lise de documentos textuais, visuais e orais, em suportes diversos \u2013 testemunhos escritos, pict\u00f3ricos, audiovisuais, tridimensionais e virtuais \u2013, a Linha de Cultura e Sociedade se mant\u00e9m em estreito contato com outras disciplinas, como Antropologia, Arqueologia, Hist\u00f3ria da Arte, Teoria Liter\u00e1ria, Filosofia, Semi\u00f3tica, entre outras. Esse di\u00e1logo atualmente tamb\u00e9m se realiza com o campo das Humanidades Digitais, o que vem permitindo o cruzamento de novas fronteiras espa\u00e7o-temporais e a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do horizonte de pesquisa no trabalho com a Hist\u00f3ria sociocultural. O estudo de pr\u00e1ticas e representa\u00e7\u00f5es culturais requer, necessariamente, abordagens e m\u00e9todos pr\u00f3prios. As tem\u00e1ticas transversais buscam investigar as diferentes formas e pr\u00e1ticas de poder, por meio de uma conceitua\u00e7\u00e3o larga e capaz de envolver os v\u00e1rios aspectos da vida social. Com muitas acep\u00e7\u00f5es\u00a0 poss\u00edveis,\u00a0 poder \u00e9 uma no\u00e7\u00e3o pervasiva, relacional e hist\u00f3rica, que se expressa na a\u00e7\u00e3o individual e coletiva, e que, portanto, diz respeito\u00a0 ao universo da pol\u00edtica, da economia e\u00a0 da\u00a0 cultura, desde as sociedades antigas\u00a0 at\u00e9 as sociedades contempor\u00e2neas. As rela\u00e7\u00f5es entre poder e sociedade podem se desdobrar em estudos reflexivos sobre as diferentes dimens\u00f5es da escrita da hist\u00f3ria e sobre as estrat\u00e9gias individuais e coletivas de exerc\u00edcio da domina\u00e7\u00e3o e da soberania, resultando em diferentes formas de assujeitamento e resist\u00eancia. As tem\u00e1ticas transversais buscam investigar as formas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e consumo das sociedades ao longo do tempo. Mais recentemente, t\u00eam sido incorporadas tem\u00e1ticas voltadas para o pensamento e o vocabul\u00e1rio conceitual relativos \u00e0s atividades econ\u00f4micas, al\u00e9m de pesquisas sobre as rela\u00e7\u00f5es sociais e hist\u00f3ricas que produzem riqueza e pobreza ao redor do globo. A pluralidade te\u00f3rico-metodol\u00f3gica marca a produ\u00e7\u00e3o da Linha ao dialogar de maneira interdisciplinar com estudos de Economia, Demografia, Antropologia Econ\u00f4mica, Hist\u00f3ria Global, Hist\u00f3ria das Ideias e Hist\u00f3ria Intelectual. As metodologias pr\u00f3prias desses campos do conhecimento se coadunam com problemas reflexivos, epistemol\u00f3gicos, acerca da hist\u00f3ria e com o trato de fontes de natureza serial, quantitativa e discursivas, com an\u00e1lises comparativas, tanto entre sociedades no espa\u00e7o quanto em suas diversas cronologias. Entre os temas mais recorrentes, mas n\u00e3o exclusivos, encontram-se as m\u00faltiplas rela\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho; a produ\u00e7\u00e3o material e seus v\u00e1rios n\u00edveis de desenvolvimento tecnol\u00f3gico; as formas de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 trocas, transportes, com\u00e9rcio; as rela\u00e7\u00f5es de cr\u00e9dito; as rela\u00e7\u00f5es das economias sem estado e com estado e outras formas de poder; as institui\u00e7\u00f5es econ\u00f4micas, como firmas, empresas, unidades familiares; o vocabul\u00e1rio intelectual e os conceitos e linguagens do pensamento econ\u00f4mico; as rela\u00e7\u00f5es econ\u00f4mico-sociais geradoras de distribui\u00e7\u00f5es desiguais no espa\u00e7o e no tempo.
